ABOUT.
Our overriding aim is to help youth players improve their fitness and movement capacities within the sport of football. Our services will also include an offering for older individuals who wish to build strength, stamina, speed and suppleness for maintaining their functional capacity in day to day life.
Offering an indoor 3G astroturf facility, with space to perform football specific movements both individually or competitively and a fitness specific facility providing opportunity to improve movement competence both for football development and functional life.
We believe that youth sport and exercise is fundamental to developing healthy young people with better physical resilience and mental health.
In our world today with the emergence of social media, ever developing more advanced technology, our children’s environments are less geared towards wellness through physical education and play more than ever before.
Our business purpose is to be able to provide fun and engaging indoor football experience using activities based around developing many elements of fitness.

Brendan
LightFOOT
Schooled and raised in Plymouth (1986-1997) until leaving to attend University in Worcester. Completed a Sport Studies/ Science degree and then returned to Plymouth in 2000. After leaving to develop a career in 2004, then returned in 2010 to continue to build our family.
Married a Plymouth girl and I have a beautiful family with 2 children, both of whom have or are playing DJM football. My wife has also played extensively and still plays social football with Ocean City Ladies. I have played DJM from under 9’s through to under 16’s, then went on to play for Tamarside FC in the P&D leagues.
Following my return from University and spells away from Plymouth, I have looked to be involved within local football and have developed my skills through a variety of spells coaching at Saltash, Ivybridge, Elm and now with Marine Academy Plymouth.

STEVE
GUY
Born in Plymouth and a city I have lived in bar a couple of years when I lived and worked in Dublin and also had the opportunity to travel the world.
I have an amazing family where football lies at the heart of. I have played locally through my youngest years playing within the DJM to playing in a number of mens football teams. Both of my boys are playing football and my wife has previously played several years within the women’s game.
As you can see football has and is an integral part of my life from playing football since a young age to wanting to make the move into coaching football which I have done over the past 10 plus years.
Qualifications/Experience
As mentioned above I have played football and coached for a number of years currently holding a UEFA C license and undergoing a Youth Strength Conditioning coach qualification. I feel between myself and Brendan our qualifications and experience bring a slightly different approach to those looking to improve fitness/technique in football.
